Day Five: Continue the Game of Life Simulation. 

Step 1: Select a job or career from the blue sheets on wall.  
Step 2: Fill-in job or career onto the Info Sheet along with other important info you need. 
Step 3: Consolidate your debt. Pick one loan to pay back. Be careful what you pick so you can afford it!
Step 4: Complete budget.
Step 5: Choices! Select a plan for housing, utilities, phone, food, transportation, savings and extras.

On a sticky note write down your family member's first job. What was their salary or hourly wage? What did they pay for? What do you think will be a good first job for you in High School?

Part 2: Choose your Occupation from this list & complete The Game of Life Info Sheet (paper copy)

Ask 2 family members about their first job. How much was their salary? Were they able to cover their expenses? Record information in notes.

    • What other monthly expenses may you have when you are an adult?
    • What are the three "Money Smart" tips?
